CHALLENGE EVERYTHING
We made our entry into TCM 3 years ago, in 2018. We had an ambition to create a major player in both B2B and B2C space. We established Finance Technology within B2C where we created a completely new tech platform with affordability SWAP finance solutions for consumers. TCM fit perfectly into our plans, then within the corporate segment.
We bought out all shareholders except those who worked in the company. We offered a good deal with strong motivation to continue.
Good foundation with concept and technological platform
The company had a good foundation with concept and technological platform, when anchored mostly in Norway. Our ambitions extended far beyond Norway and the Nordic countries. We immediately started to look at international scaling. We have been doing this for a while now, where we have positioned the company in the environments we wanted. As the ambitions are sky high, positioning will take time and we must be patient.

TCM has developed its own tech platform; CONTROL, which focuses on sustainability and is the market's best management service that ensures companies cost savings and control over the company's overall mobile and PC park.
CONTROL is a tool providing X-as-a-services including enabling employees to autonomously choose and pay for their own devices. CONTROL makes management of IT- and Telecoms easily across IT / HR / Procurement / Payroll / Accounting / Finance. CONTROL centralizes IT- and Telecom management across borders, operators and retailers.
Price control on all invoiced items, clean-up against the operators in the event of discrepancies, automation of invoice flow, awareness program of employees and managers to save costs, satisfied employees who are given the freedom to choose the dream mobile, tablet and data packages they want, without the company being left with the whole bill, the staff who can self-service themselves when ordering smartphones, PCs, E-bikes and other equipment, onboard and offboard themselves without the involvement of the IT, HR or finance departments. These are some of the features of CONTROL.
The portfolio consists of 70,000 subscribers / users in the Nordic region. TCM has entered into several strategic co-operation agreements in the Nordic, but also Europeans.

AMBITIONS
When we made our entry into TCM 3 years ago we saw what a wonderful company this is. TCM stands for Tech Control Management. Despite the T which stands for Tech, we have already replaced the T with a X. TCM is not only about tech devices like smartphones and PC’s. TCM is about the X, meaning all kinds of equipment. It is now about everything now.
TCM is our leading star in the concept of tech-as-a-service. Below are some considerations on what the market can expect from TCM.
Product area 1: Device policy
Enterprises establish mobile and PC policies where they cover a fixed share of procurement per employee over a 24-month period. The employee is offered to choose the desired model for both work and private use, including accessories.
Product area 2: Expanding revenue stream
We have created a model, especially for Telcos, where Telcos can expand its revenue areas. We connect international locations. Let companies establish a telepolicy for what the company covers in terms of services for personnel in organizations. Deduct salaries for private use or purchase of services beyond company policy.
Product area 3: DaaS
Automated solution for companies that want a solution with payroll deductions based on policy and without policy where the company covers cost. Medium-sized and large ICT retailers will increase profitability through increased sales of services. Build your own "bundles" including pre-defined packages and tailor-made solutions.
Market segmentation
Target are large global enterprises where local, regional or national dealers are linked to global enterprises. We go through the distributor's dealer channel towards the SMB customer segment.
Sales strategy
Establish JV with global partners who have knowledge of the market, have dealer networks and have relationships with OEMs. Establishment of a global presence will also take place through networks with service partners. We have also identified distribution partners and global funders. A joint sales team is formed for global and large customers that supports the customer process through dealers.
Extremely big ambitions
We have extremely big ambitions for TCM. We have a clear and distinct plan on how to change the arena we play in. We have created a value-adding as-a-servive concept for large global enterprises, manufactors, distributors, resellers, telcos, system partners, but we must not forget the benefits for the employees. The employees of these companies will experience a revolution in how the purchase of devices, handling, repair, affordability and control.
