OUR STORY

We at Brave Capital have a bird's eye view when we look at investments and early start-ups. We have a history of working with ICT products. Through our experience, we have financed power plants, furniture, interiors, production machines, yellow machines, training equipment and much more, so this is nothing new for us.

Our focus has nevertheless been on the development of technological platforms aimed at ICT equipment. We follow the need and try to see into the crystal ball what happens around the next turn, before others do. This is what we mean by proactive business development.

We always have the radar up - and we believe that bicycles are a new big megatrend. We have been working with this market for a couple of years now. This fits in perfectly as a service area into our value chain. We have the technology so that employees can order themselves, take this on a payroll deduction from the employer - and possibly get compensation for cycling to and from work.

We establish E-Bike Nordic AS. We have also initiated talks for a joint venture collaboration with an established Swedish player to gain market share in the Nordic market.

Enormous market

A few months ago, the Norwegian authorities with the political party MDG initiated to launch electric bicycle billion MDG will equate electric bicycles with electric cars and remove VAT. In addition, the party requests that NOK 1 billion be set aside in cash support for electric bicycle buyers. MDG wants a national support scheme where people who buy an electric bicycle receive a cash amount in support. In total, the party will set aside NOK 167 million for this every year for a six-year period, a total of NOK 1 billion. - The electric bicycle has the potential to become the new public transport, says Oslo's environmental councilor and parliamentary candidate from Oslo MDG, Lan Marie Berg, to NTB.

We've done this before

In 1997 we saw the megatrend Home PC and we created an IT company, IT Finans which was specially oriented on Home PC. It was a great success. We see the same trend again, then with "Employee Bicycle". We have developed the technology through TCM where the employee can easily, according to device policy from the employer, enter into payroll deductions directly from the salary. The employer sponsors parts of the bicycle purchase. Authorities provide favorable VAT and tax. Wow, this can be tremendously good.

Summa summarium, this is a business case that we have great faith in. We are very much looking forward to the future.
