OUR STORY
It all starts with an idea in 2016. Telenor has just launched Telenor SWAP, a financing model for smartphones for consumers. We thougt this concept was brilliant and it felt within our core competence. We decided to dive into this to gain the necessary expertise and understanding. A few weeks later it was a fact; Finance Technology AS was a new player in the market.
The sector was financing and subscription. We bought an IT development team in Portugal consisting of 4 people. The then Expert (now Power) and Spaceworld Soundgarden were pilots for the project. After several months of development, we launched the solution in April 2017.
All well and good, but we thought we needed to get more speed in the marketing work. We contacted a world-leading distributor of ICT products, Tech Data Cooperation. We presented our plans and ambitions where we in collaboration with will create a leading subscription platform. Tech Data Cooperation thougt our plans were exciting and the agreement was signed in January 2019.
We immediately started work on the development of the next version platform where Apple Europe and Klarna joined the collaboration. In April 2019, we launched in the UK where it was an immediate success. Several launches in Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmark followed. Ambitions to launch in the rest of Europe were set out in Strategy 2024.
Tech Data Cooperation was sold to Apollo Global in the summer of 2020, where the latter was enthusiastic about the business model of Finance Technology. Finance Technology was sold entirely to Tech Data Cooperation in January 2021 for € 12.5M.

Price control on all invoiced items, clean-up against the operators in the event of discrepancies, automation of invoice flow, awareness program of employees and managers to save costs, satisfied employees who are given the freedom to choose the dream mobile, tablet and data packages they want, without the company being left with the whole bill, the staff who can self-service themselves when ordering smartphones, PCs, E-bikes and other equipment, onboard and offboard themselves without the involvement of the IT, HR or finance departments. These are some of the features of CONTROL.
TCM is headquartered in Oslo, Norway with 10 full-time employees, 3 of whom are developers. So far, the portfolio consists of 30,000 subscribers / users in the Nordic region.
The company has entered into strategic Nordic co-operation agreements with IT companies; Telia, ICE, Elkjøp, KPMG, Komplett Group, tietoEvry, Dustin, Mobility, Mobit and strategic European co-operation agreement with the European IT suppliers Bechtle in 11 countries.TCM AS

ConceptoMed AS started out in 2012 and is today an ISO 13485 certified medtech company in strong growth serving the global market with innovative product categories and unique proprietary technology.
When the founder of ConceptoMed, MD Christian Mide, performed a joint puncture, with repeated disconnections of the syringe from a fixed needle placed inside a knee, he felt the need for a "break core" to facilitate disconnection, improve aseptic safety and reduce patient pain.
The medical need quickly became a potential product idea, and formed the basis for the Luer-Jack® technology and the establishment of ConceptoMed.
